MEDIA – SEARCH MARKETING MANAGER

Baldwin& is currently hiring for the position of Search Marketing Manager, an experienced role within our growing Media Department.  The position will be responsible for all aspects of paid search management for client accounts, which include but are not limited to:

 

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of paid campaigns across multiple search platforms, including AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, among others
  • Driving paid search strategy for clients
  • Create new campaigns, ad groups and keywords that improve campaign performance
  • Campaign monitoring to ensure the account is pacing well according to established budget and revenue goals
  • Identifying and executing tasks that will have the most significant impact in hitting ROAS, revenue and budget targets
  • Planning and executing strategic initiatives & optimization efforts to reach client goals and targets
  • Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as bidding, ad creative, audience segmentation, geotargeting, placements, networks, among others.
  • Provide campaign performance insight reports, and present these reports to the client on a regular basis
  • Assist in agency capabilities presentations for new business opportunities
  • Constantly evaluate current and emerging digital search media trends and their impact on our clients
  • Manage efforts and necessary steps to qualify agency for Google Partners status

 

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing/Communications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising with a focus in PPC/search marketing and e-commerce
  • Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification
  • Ability to analyze and organize large sets of data
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and acute attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent math skills
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills

This position reports to the Media Director and is located in Raleigh, N.C.
