A category of one, Shibumi lives up to its name by creating beauty from simplicity and restraint. Where other beach shade companies fight against nature’s elements with cumbersome, heavy, and projectile-prone tents and umbrellas, Shibumi works with the wind, instead.

From the start, we knew that their entire brand experience had to match the one their shade creates. So, following a design philosophy we called “room to breathe” – where less is more and simplicity speaks volumes – we established a look and feel for their brand ID, website, and social channels. Additionally, we helped design and launch two new products: the Shibumi Mini and Shibumi Luxe Beach Towels.
