Long John Silver's
Do they still exist?
It had been so long since Long John Silver’s was relevant that people were starting to wonder if they were still in business.
Seafood isn’t something that people want all the time; it’s something they have to be in the mood for. So we triggered the seafood mood with a voice that was delightfully sea-obsessed. We took that voice and a love for puns to social, turning every interaction into an opportunity to talk about the sea. We didn’t stop there, though — we sea-ified the packaging, the website, the photography, and the TV spots. Anything we could get our fins on. That got people talking not just about seafood, but about Long John Silver’s again.
SEA-IFY PACKAGING

SEA-IFY THE WEBSITE
SEA-IFY SOCIAL
We used social media as a proving ground (or maybe, playground) for their new brand. Our “sea-shanty-chic” visuals, big personality, and newfound voice (dubbed “fish schtick”) were put to work to breathe life into the Long John Silver’s social seas.
And then...people started to take notice. We weren’t forgotten any longer.

SEA-IFY LENT
We rode the wave of this momentum right into the single most important time of year for Long John Silver’s: Lent.
SEA-IFY THE SEAFOOD SEASON
When you love seafood as much as we do, summer is the most wonderful time of the year. Merry Fishmas to all!
