Northwest River Partners
Man in the Stream
Half the power in the Pacific Northwest comes from hydropower. But no one knows it.
Northwest River Partners is an organization that promotes the clean energy that comes from hydropower. It’s reliable, affordable, and renewable. But it’s also misunderstood. From promoting salmon repopulation to ecological protections, hydropower is one of the cleanest energy sources out there. It was up to us to find a way to tell people that in a way they might actually listen to. Enter: Man in the Steam. Using a man-in-the-street interview style, we created video content showing the benefits of hydropower to end users. With regionalized content, we took over airports, charging stations, and OOH to get the message out there that hydro is dam good.

Airport OOH
To reach audiences at the gateway to the Pacific Northwest, we launched a regional airport campaign celebrating the area's hydropower heritage. Featured at Portland International, Seattle–Tacoma International, Boise Airport, Spokane International, and more, the work welcomed thousands of travelers with a message of hydropower.
